Marketers Quest is operated by MQAIS Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a registered business entity. We operate the website marketers.quest and provide marketing services including influencer campaign support, creator network onboarding, social strategy, paid media services, and an AI-powered marketing platform (Marketers Quest) that helps brands discover content trends and generate creative strategies.

2) Data we collect

Depending on how you use our site and platform, we may collect:

• Contact information (name, email, phone number) when you submit a form or create an account.
• Brand profile information (brand name, industry, target audience, geography, content tone) when you use our platform.
• Creator information (Instagram handle, niche/industry) when you apply to our creator network.
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, time on page, clicks) via analytics tools.
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device information) for security and performance.
• Authentication data (email address, login timestamps) to manage your account securely.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information through our forms or platform.

3) Platform data (Marketers Quest AI platform)

When you use our AI-powered platform, we additionally collect and process:

• Brand profiles you create, including brand name, business description, industry, audience, and tone preferences — stored securely in our database.
• Trend recommendations generated for your brand — stored temporarily and refreshed regularly.
• Creative directions and content blueprints generated by our AI — associated with your account.
• Feedback signals (ratings on AI-generated content) used to improve future recommendations.

This data is used solely to provide and improve the platform experience for you. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to profile you for third-party purposes.

4) Meta & Instagram API data

Our platform uses Meta's Instagram Graph API to surface trending hashtags and content signals in the UK and USA. As a Meta Tech Provider, we are subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy in addition to this policy.

What we access:

• Trending hashtag names and associated post volume data via the Instagram Hashtag Search API (ig_hashtag_search).
• No personal Instagram user data (profiles, followers, private content, messages) is accessed or stored.

How we use it:

• To identify content trends relevant to your brand's industry, audience, and geography.
• Trend data is aggregated, anonymised, and used only for content planning purposes.

What we store:

• Hashtag trend names, post volume figures, and region tags — refreshed daily.
• No Instagram user profile data, no personal identifiers, no private content.

What we do not do:

• We do not sell, share, or license Instagram data to any third party.
• We do not use Instagram data to serve advertisements.
• We do not store Instagram access tokens beyond the session in which they are used.

5) How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide requested services.
• Create and manage your platform account.
• Generate AI-powered trend recommendations and creative content tailored to your brand.
• Review creator applications and match creators with brand briefs where applicable.
• Improve platform performance, AI quality, and user experience.
• Maintain site and platform security, prevent spam, and detect abuse.
• Send relevant product updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe anytime).

6) Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We may use cookies to manage authentication sessions and improve the site experience. Some cookies may be set by third-party services we use.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

10) How long we retain your data

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Brand profiles and AI-generated content: retained while your account is active.
• Instagram trend data: refreshed daily; data older than 90 days is automatically purged.
• Enquiry / form data: retained for up to 12 months.

11) Data deletion

Deleting your account:

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@marketers.quest with the subject line "Delete My Account", or by using the Delete Account option in your platform Settings. We will process the request within 7 days and confirm by email.

Meta / Facebook data deletion:

In compliance with Meta's Platform Terms, we provide a data deletion callback. If you connected your Facebook account to our platform and wish to remove your data, you can submit a deletion request via Facebook's apps and websites settings, or directly at: our web-app which will be launched soon.

We will delete all associated data within 7 days and provide a confirmation code.

12) What rights you have over your data

Depending on your location and applicable law (including UK GDPR and GDPR for EU users), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain types of processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

13) How we protect your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

• API keys and credentials stored as encrypted environment secrets.
• Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
