3) Payments

- Late payments may result in pausing work or access to deliverables until payment is received.
4) Creator Network (if applicable)
If you apply to join our creator network, you agree that we may review the information you submit and contact you regarding potential briefs. We do not guarantee any number of collaborations, earnings, or outcomes.
- Creators must provide truthful information and maintain professional conduct with brands.
- Brands and creators may agree additional terms per campaign (usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, etc.).
5) Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, all content on this website (including text, designs, graphics, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Marketers Quest.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
- Client or creator assets remain the property of their respective owners.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services. This includes:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Uploading malicious code or engaging in spam or abusive behaviour.
- Using the website in a way that infringes rights of others or violates applicable laws.
7) Confidentiality

8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketers Quest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to services will be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9) Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any agreed contract terms. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
