Who we are

We’re a young team with old souls, most of our senior folks are 29-30, but bring a decade-plus of hands-on experience across growth, analytics, product, and creative. We move fast, speak plainly, and ship what matters. Our mission is simple: build tools that help marketers find signal in the noise, trends, audiences, content ideas, and do it in a way that feels fun, collaborative, and genuinely useful.

What it feels like to work here

Work shouldn’t feel like a grind. At Marketers Quest, it feels like a craft – problems to solve, ideas to test, tiny wins to celebrate. You leave with something worth talking about at dinner. We default to kindness, assume good intent, and keep egos out of the code and the campaign.

Our principles (how we behave every day)

  • Bias for clarity. Plain English over jargon. We say the quiet part out loud, assumptions, risks, trade-offs.
  • Ideas over titles. Best ideas win, regardless of age, tenure, or job title.
  • Ship > perfect. Launch small, learn fast, iterate. Quality is non-negotiable; perfection isn’t required.
  • Own the outcome. We finish what we start and measure what we ship.
  • Curiosity with rigour. Explore widely, test narrowly, prove it with data.
  • Kind candour. We give direct feedback with respect, and we listen to understand, not to reply.

Inclusion, belonging, and equal opportunity

Everyone is equal here, regardless of age, colour, creed, religion, gender, country, or background. We’re intentional about creating a workplace that welcomes women across roles and levels, and we actively support equal opportunity in hiring, pay, growth, and leadership. We design meetings, comms, and processes so every voice can be heard, and acted upon.

What this looks like in practice

  • Structured interviews and calibrated pay bands.
  • Clear growth frameworks for every role.
  • Rotating meeting chairs and “first word to the quietest person” facilitation.
  • Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination.
  • Private escalation channels and swift action when needed.

How we make decisions

  • PRFAQs & briefs. For bigger bets, we write it down: problem, audience, options, costs, risks, success metrics.
  • Diverse review. We invite cross-functional reviewers early, engineering, design, data, product, marketing.
  • Disagree & commit. Once we choose a path, we rally behind it and move.

Feedback is a feature

  • Weekly 1:1s focused on outcomes, blockers, and growth.
  • Monthly retros: what worked, what didn’t, what we’ll do differently.
  • Open demo Fridays: show your work, unfinished is welcome.
  • Anonymous pulse checks to keep a finger on team health.

Craft, learning, and growth

  • Learning budget per person for courses, books, or conferences.
  • Build time: calendar-blocked hours for deep work and exploration.
  • Mentorship circles led by senior team members with 10+ years’ experience.
  • Show-and-tell sessions where we unpack a campaign, a dataset, or a product decision.

Ways of working

  • Focus blocks. We protect deep work with no-meeting windows.
  • Written first. We default to short docs so people in different time zones can contribute thoughtfully.
  • Clear handoffs. Owners, deadlines, and definitions of done are explicit.
  • Tooling that helps. We keep our stack lightweight and automate boring things so humans can do creative things.

Work-life, privacy, and personal space

We’re ambitious, not always-on. Respecting personal time, privacy, and boundaries is part of our operating system. We celebrate together often, and we’re also cool if you need the quiet route home.

Rituals we love

  • Pop-up gatherings when we ship something big or just need a vibe reset.
  • Team lunches, coffee crawls, quiz nights, and game jams.
  • Offsites that mix strategy with a bit of sunshine and silliness.

Safety, wellbeing, and trust

  • Psychological safety isn’t a poster, it’s enforced. You can ask “naïve” questions and challenge assumptions without fear.
  • Health comes first. Take the day, take the week. No heroics expected.
  • Privacy matters. Cameras off is okay. DND is respected. We don’t micromanage status dots.

How ideas become product

  1. Spot the insight (from users, data, or a teammate’s hunch).
  2. Write the one-pager (problem, who it helps, what success looks like).
  3. Prototype in days (not months) and let real users touch it.
  4. Measure hard outcomes (adoption, retention, revenue, or saved time).
  5. Iterate or kill (we celebrate stopping when the data says stop).

Leadership, minus the drama

Our senior team brings 10+ years of experience in the industry and zero appetite for politics. Leadership here means clear priorities, unblocking the team, and sharing credit generously. You’ll get context, not control; support, not supervision.

What we value in teammates

  • Builders who are happy to sketch, prototype, test, and iterate.
  • Listeners who can hold multiple truths and still make a call.
  • Kind humans who leave things better than they found them.
  • Doers who move the needle and measure it.

Diversity of thought = better products

Great marketing tools require perspectives we don’t yet have. We welcome candidates from non-traditional paths, career pivots, and different geographies. If you’ve shipped meaningful work, campaigns, code, content, or communities, you’ll find a home here.

The fun stuff (because culture is also vibes)

  • Regular parties and low-key hangs when calendars align.
  • Birthday cakes, meme threads, and celebratory reels that somehow go viral in the office first.
  • Out-of-office adventures that remind us we’re people, not job titles.

The serious stuff (because culture is also promises)

  • Equal opportunity and fair pay are table stakes.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or retaliation.
  • No tolerance for toxicity, no matter how talented.
  • We will always choose integrity over easy wins.

If you’re thinking of joining

Expect a place where your ideas matter, your craft grows, and your life outside work stays yours. You’ll work with experienced people who’ve shipped real things, who care about outcomes, and who’ll have your back when you take smart risks.

Bring your curiosity, your point of view, your whole self.
That’s the culture we’re building at Marketers Quest.
